Community Climate Action Plan (CAP) - Draft

The Community Climate Action Plan (CAP) defines actions that can help us protect our local climate, improve public health, and reduce risks associated with increased greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, which trap heat in Earth’s atmosphere.
