Regional Road Impact Fees (RRIF)
Washoe County collects Regional Road Impact Fees (RRIF) on behalf of the Regional Transportation Commission. Regional Road Impact Fees are submitted to the Washoe County Building Department upon issuance of a building permit. Fees are calculated based on the impact fee schedule. Regional Road Impact Fees are adjusted on an annual basis each January.
