Native Garden
This is a great place for kids and adults alike to learn about northern Nevada native flora. It is a collection of Great Basin and eastern Sierra Nevada native plants. Just follow the gravel paths to learn about salt and northern desert shrubs, Pinyon-Juniper woodland specimens and mountain vegetation. It is also a wonderful place to sit and observe the many birds and animals that call the Arboretum their home. Private and school tours are available upon requests. Call 785-4153 and leave your name, phone number, or email along with a brief message and we will return your call.
