Kristen's Garden
Kristen's Garden is one of many secluded gardens in the Arboretum and is scheduled for an upgrade. Thanks to a generous donation from the May Arboretum Society, it is now complimented by a onyx-based water feature and plans are in the works to transform it into an interpretive shade garden. The new water feature alone enhances the peace and tranquility of the garden within the vine-covered gazebo, but staff is looking forward to a complete renovation of the plants and paths. Currently it is planted with a profusion of grape vines, keria and winter honey suckle. This lush shade garden is ideal for a small gathering or intimate weddings. This intimate spot is also available to rent through our Garden Rental Page or by calling Park Reservations at 775-823-6501.
