What types of jobs are available?
The types of jobs offered by Washoe County are diverse and wide ranging as demonstrated by over 300 job classifications within our organization. Washoe County is responsible for many different functions including but not limited to law enforcement, human services, public health, community services, animal services, libraries, collecting taxes, assessing property, recording public documents, conducting elections, issuing licenses, the judicial process, and planning and development.
