Notice of Sufficiency of Constitutional Initiative Petition - C-02-2023

Notice

The Secretary of State's office is in receipt of all Certificates of Results for the above-referenced petition. Petitioners needed to collect at least 25,591 valid signatures in each of the four petition districts for the petition to be declared sufficient. Based on the examination done by the county election officials, the petition has satisfied the statutory and constitutional signature requirements. Please see the summary below of signatures examined and verified in each petition district and county:

Pursuant to the Secretary of State’s authority under Title 24 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), and in accordance with the NRS 293.1278(2), this office herby determines that the total number of signatures validated by the counties is more than 100 percent of the number of valid signatures necessary to declare petition C-02-2023 sufficient.
