The Secretary of State's office is in receipt of all Certificates of Results for the above-referenced petition. Petitioners needed to collect at least 10,095 valid signatures for the petition to be declared sufficient. Based on the examination done by the county election officials, 22,238 valid signatures have been collected.
Pursuant to the Secretary of State’s authority under Title 24 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), and in accordance with the NRS 293.1278, this office herby determines that the total number of signatures validated by the counties is more than 100 percent of the number of valid signatures necessary to declare the petition sufficient.
