Museum Event Space
Garden Court
The Garden Court is the May Center’s indoor floral retreat. This garden area features a soaring atrium, lush plants, Victorian-style lamp posts, large windows providing plenty of natural light, serene waterfalls, and two ponds inhabited by Japanese koi and goldfish. Carefully tended planting beds offer an array of special and exotic plants. The Garden Court is green year-round and makes for a lavish botanical backdrop for your special day.

Double Diamond Room
This room offers a lovely view overlooking the Wilbur D. May Arboretum. Doors can be opened to an intimate outside landing with patio tables and chairs. The perfect place to take a seat, take a breather, and take it all in. Also featuring easy access to the kitchen, The Double Diamond Room is exclusively available as an add-on to the Garden Court.

Kitchen
With access from either the Garden Court or the Double Diamond Room, the commercial kitchen features a large refrigerator, three stainless steel sinks, a hand sink, three stainless steel work tables, plus a six burner stove, two ovens, and a broiler. Caterers have easy, drive-up access to the kitchen. (Please note: The kitchen is only available with additional room rental.)

*Museum Interior features seasonally rotating decor that may NOT be removed.
*Guests are responsible for both setting up and taking down any amenities used during events.

- (x16) 60" round tables (seat 8 people)
- (x1) 45" round cake table
- (x15) 6'x30" rectangular tables (seat 6 people)
- (x1) Portable bar with skirting
Outside furniture rentals are allowed, however, you must make arrangements for the vendor to pick up those items at the end of your event.

Please give us a call below to find a good time for a tour, or try your luck by coming into the museum during normal business hours for a walkthrough: Wednesday - Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from noon - 4 p.m.
