Elizabeth Jourdin currently serves as Management Services Officer for Washoe County.
In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for leading the operational (administrative, budget, and human resources) management of the County Manager’s Office, the Commissioner Support program, and public meeting agenda management; as well as serving as the County’s Coordinator for Title VI, Language Access and Title II ADA.
Before rejoining the County Manager’s leadership team in 2026, Elizabeth served as HR Manager for Equity & Organizational Effectiveness at Washoe County where she focused her team on delivering positive workplace culture experiences for staff through the lens of equity, professional development, and employee engagement programs.
To her current role, Elizabeth brings over twenty-five years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies in a variety of administrative, HR and financial roles, being a small business owner and partnering alongside executive leaders in public sector management.
