The jurisdiction and the type of complaint will determine which agency and department to contact. Below is information and direct contacts to guide residents to the appropriate agency. The Washoe311 team is available by phone, email and online to help determine the appropriate agency.

Code Complaint Contacts

Many violations are addressed directly by professional agencies responsible for that public service. For example fire code violations and excess waste are addressed by fire departments and Northern Nevada Public Health. For information on support from outside agencies is provided in the help document.
