WCRAS makes every effort to respond to citizen requests for service in a professional and efficient manner.  With an average of over 90 service calls per day, WCRAS prioritizes each call and staff make every effort to assist you as soon as possible.

Examples of a call that needs immediate assistance:

  • An animal in a hot car
  • An animal bite or aggressive animal
  • Pets in distress
