Please complete the Public Records Request Form and submit to the Department you're requesting the records from:

When submitting your email request, please include the following:
- Subject line
- Include your request within the body of the email
- Contact information
- Court case information (if available)
Any suspicious emails that appear unsafe and do not include the above will not be accepted by the court. Please submit any attachments as documents in PDF format. Photographs of documents will not be accepted.
If you need help with your Public Records Request, please contact the court at (775) 353-7600.
A Sparks Justice Court employee will contact you within 2-3 days for payment. Please make sure your contact information is accurate on the Public Records Request form. Payments for the records can be processed over the phone. A credit card processing fee will apply.
*Requests that require extraordinary use of technology and/or personnel time will be subject to additional fees.
