How to Resolve a Warrant

Bench Warrants

The following options are available for resolving an outstanding bench warrant.

Important - With an active warrant, you are subject to arrest 24 hours a day.

Option 1 - Court Appearance

Call the court Monday through Friday and advise you have a warrant. You will then be set for an Order to Show Cause with your assigned judge. Please be advised you warrant will remain active until your appearance before a judge.

Go to the Washoe County Detention Center at 911 Parr Boulevard and turn yourself in to be booked on the warrant.
