If you have an existing warrant, contact the Citation Division at 775-325-6503 to resolve your warrant.

Important - With an active warrant, you are subject to arrest 24 hours a day.

The following options are available for resolving outstanding citation matters at the Reno Justice Court.

Option 1 - Warrant Resolution Program

The Warrant Resolution Program allows a payment plan on eligible warranted citations without an appearance before the Judge of the Court based upon the following criteria:

• If it is the first warrant issued on a citation.
• If a mandatory appearance is not required on the citation.

Option 2 - Payment in Full

Payment in full for the amount of the warrant based upon the following criteria:

• If a mandatory appearance is not required on the citation.
