- Post-conviction notifications: At the conclusion of a felony case, victims may opt in to receive notifications from the prison, parole board, and the Washoe County District Attorney’s Appellate Division. If your phone number or address changes, you must update your information with each agency to continue receiving notifications. Forms are provided below.

If you believe you are entitled to restitution, complete the restitution request form (PDF) and return it to victiminfo@da.washoecounty.gov prior to sentencing.
