Residential Projects
Residential buildings include detached one and two family dwellings and townhouses that are not more than three stories in height. Residential projects include construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of a residential structure (See IRC 2018 IRC Chapter 1).
